- Open the order confirmation email we sent you. Check your spam folder if you can't see it.
- Select Track your parcel in that email for live courier updates.
- Can't find it? Email us your name and order number and we'll sort it out.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest in a few steps, and we only ask for what we need to deliver your order.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are ready within 3 to 5 working days. You can choose a PUDO locker, delivery to your door by PUDO, or free collection in Polokwane. PUDO locker delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days once your order is dispatched. The cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Can I return something?
You can cancel and return an order within 7 days of receiving it. If something arrives faulty, you are covered for 6 months. Handmade pieces vary slightly from the photos, which is part of their charm. See our Terms & Conditions for the details.
How do I look after my clay pieces?
Wash by hand with mild soap and avoid sudden temperature changes. Each product page lists care notes for that piece.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by Yoco on its own secure page, so your card details never touch this website. You can pay by card or instant EFT.
